Sick Jacken celebrates 13th Hip-Hop Festival with Stars

On Saturday, May 24, the thirteenth edition of the annual hip-hop festival took place, and Psycho Realm's Sick Jacken managed to salt things up considerably. This night was filled with pure energy and dope vibes, and it is clear that everyone will be talking about it for a long time.

Coyote, aka The Yotes, kicked things off and provided an explosive start from the very beginning. With tracks from their latest catalog and a few fresh songs from their upcoming album "YotoLAndia," scheduled for release on May 30, they got the crowd right into their vibe. It didn't take long for the moshpits to erupt, and Guapo enthusiastically joined the crowd. Eggroll and Spinoza of Disciple of the Sick were also on hand and managed to keep the pit feeling with their energetic performance.

Immortal Technique, straight out of Bed-Stuy and Harlem, New York, along with Sick Jacken of Psycho Realm nearly pulled the festival's tent apart at the seams. They were varied explosive sessions that had the adrenaline pumping through the audience's veins. And if that wasn't enough, Sinful from Tha Mexakinz made a spectacular guest appearance, which definitely contributed to the indelible impact of this hip-hop night.

In addition, Poison Pen was present to bring his New York flow, a perfect softness to complete the salty sound of the evening. His presence completely flavored this festival night. It was as if he added the pepper and salt to a dish that was already perfectly seasoned.

Coyote's tracks, including sneak peeks of "YotoLAndia," impressed and caused expectations for their album to go through the roof. This release promises to be a thick slice of salt in the hip-hop scene and is sure to change the landscape.

The combination of different artists, each with their own unique sound and style, made the hearts of hip-hop lovers beat faster. Whether you love the raw raps of Immortal Technique, admire the unique soul of Sick Jacken, or are into the vibe of Coyote, this night had it all. These talented artists all brought their own influences into play, and that made the evening not just another show, but a true hip-hop celebration.

Without a doubt, we can say that this festival has once again raised the bar a little higher. We are already eagerly awaiting the next edition to experience another big helping of saltiness and fireworks. Keep it salty! What did you find most salty about this evening?
