L'album est une compilation de titres remast\u00e9ris\u00e9s et de freestyles rares, soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par Mass Appeal dans le cadre de la s\u00e9rie \u2018Legend Has It...\u2019. <\/p>\n<p> Le 16 octobre 2025, Mass Appeal a sorti son premier single, \u2018U Ain't Gotta Chance\u2019, avec le l\u00e9gendaire Nas. Ce titre est une collaboration sal\u00e9e qui secoue la sc\u00e8ne hip-hop. L'album lui-m\u00eame est sorti le 31 octobre 2025 et constitue un must pour tous les amateurs de hip-hop. <\/p>\n<p> \u2018Harlem's Finest : Return of the King\u2019 comprend une multitude de titres rares, dont \u2018Harlem Universal\u2019 avec Herb McGruff, produit par G Koop, et \u2018Fred Samuel Playground\u2019 avec Method Man, produit par Conductor Williams.
